Holistics automatically saves every conversation, so you can pick up where you left off — whether you closed your browser, switched tabs, or came back the next day.

Manage your chats

You can search conversations by title, rename them for easier reference, or delete ones you no longer need.

Holistics keeps chat history in Reporting and Development separate. Conversations you start in Reporting won't appear in Development, and vice versa.

Who can view your chats

Only you can see your chat history. Your organization admins can also view your chats if you share the link with them — for example, for debugging or troubleshooting purposes.

Retention

Holistics automatically deletes chats after 30 days for security reasons. If you need to preserve specific insights, save them to a dashboard or export them before they expire.
