📧 Email Subscriptions for Embedded Analytics

Your embed users can now subscribe to dashboards and receive scheduled reports straight to their inbox — no login required.

Key benefits​

  • Flexible formats — PNG, PDF, Excel, and CSV attachments
  • Personalized schedules — apply dashboard filter overrides per user (e.g., a regional manager only sees their region)
  • Admin governance — monitor, pause, or delete user schedules from a management UI

How it works​

  1. Add user identity and allow_data_subscribe: true to your embed payload
  2. Users subscribe to dashboards from the embedded interface
  3. Users receive reports on their chosen schedule with filters applied
