🧩 [Beta] HTML Layout for dashboards

HTML layout is now available in beta. Instead of arranging blocks on a fixed grid, you can design the page with plain HTML and CSS.

Why this matters​

  • Build any layout you want: reports, slides, newspaper-style pages, or anything else you can design.
  • Reuse existing interactions and permissions: filters, drill-downs, cross-filtering, and row-level and column-level permissions work on each block exactly as before, because only the layout changes.

How it works​

Chat with Holistics AI, or write the code yourself:

  1. Use HTMLLayout in place of TabLayout and write plain HTML and CSS.
  2. Add any viz, text, or filter block with <h-block name="..." />.

Automated AI-authoring for HTML layouts is planned as a follow-up ahead of general availability.
