Subscribing to a paid plan
To subscribe to a plan, you will have to do it within Holistics. When you've signed in, click on your company name at the top-right hand corner and then click "Billing & Usage". Only users with the "Admin" role can see the billing page and perform billing functions such as subscribing to a plan and adjusting add-ons. If your billing needs to be handled by your accounts team, you can invite them to your Holistics account as an Admin and they will be able ton perform billing functions.
On the billing page:
- Select your billing frequency
- Select your plan
- Check the GST box if you are registered as or paying via a Singapore entity/address.
- Click 'Proceed to Payment'
This will bring you to our billing portal where you can key in your company information and enter your credit card information (stored and processed by Stripe, not by Holistics). Once this is complete, your subscription will be activated and you will also receive an email invite to the billing portal so you can view and download all past and future invoices online.
Changing Billing Frequency
At the moment, this is not yet self-service accessible. Please contact your account manager or [email protected].
Adding Users or Objects to your plan
You can change your add-ons (such as additional objects or users) from within Holistics. On the billing page within Holistics, scroll down to the add-ons section and toggle the number of additional users and/or objects you would like to purchase. Click on 'Proceed to Payment' to complete payment on our external blling portal. Do note that the price shown within the Holistics billing page is what you will have to pay monthly inclusive of the base plan price, not just the new add-ons. It will be reflected correctly when you make payment on the external billing portal.
Checking your usage
To see how your objects are being counted, go to the billing page and click on 'Usage Details' under 'Usage Limit'.
Setting billing contacts
By default, the email address used to sign up for the Holistics trial will be set as the primary billing contact. The primary billing contact will receive all invoices and will be able to perform certain admin billing functions on the external billing platform. To change or add billing contacts, contact [email protected] and cc your current primary billing contact or your billing department so we can confirm approval from your end. We will add/change billing contacts and email external billing portal invites. Do remember to check your emal inbox for the invite and accept it to enable access to the external billing portal.
Update Billing Info and Company Address
Your primary billing contact can edit your company's billing address from the external billing portal. This will be reflected in your invoices.
Once logged in, simply go to the 'Home' page and scroll down to the 'My Account Details' section. The primary contact can click on the blue pencil icon under 'Billing Address' to edit the billing address. If you are unable to see the 'Billing Address' section or the blue pencil icon, you are not your company's primary billing contact.
The primary billing contact can also edit saved credit card information. Simply scroll down on the homepage to 'Billing Details' and click on the blue pencil icon to edit an existing credit card. If you need to add a new credit card for your subscriptions, please contact [email protected].
Changing Invoice Recepients
By default, your invoices will be emailed to your primary billing contact. Email [email protected] to change or add more contacts to the invoice mailing list.
You can download invoices from the external billing portal. Simply log in to the external billing portal and click on 'Invoices' in the sidebar to view and download invoices.
To cancel your subscription, any of your billing contacts can easily do so from our external billing portal.
After logging into the billing portal:
- Click on 'Subscriptions' in the sidebar
- Select your active plan
- Click on 'Cancel Subscription'
- Click 'Cancel On Next Renewal'
- Select your Reason for Cancellation
- Click 'Proceed'
